Following are the facts of my complaint: I set an appointment for an apicoectomyI told the person I spoke to that she should make sure that my insurance company would covered the procedure before I arrived for the appointment When I arrived at The Dentist's Office I found out that my insurance company had not been calledd and that the procedure I was there for had not been verified as a procedure covered by my insurance company It was at that point that I refused to sign a contract stating that I would pay for any procedure not covered by my insurance companyI also refused to see a dentist until it was verified that my insurance company would cover the procedure When I spoke to the dentist he told me that he could not say with certainty that the procedure was necessary, because he did not have a Xray of the tooth from years ago Since I had no adverse symptoms I canceled the appointment I returned to the front desk and was told that there would be
