My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After Thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapleton employees were helpful and highly professional. They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. That's what the company is known for. Stapleton roofing gave me a fair quote and did a great job on my tile roof. They found several issues with what the builder had done 24 years ago and corrected all of those before they basically installed an entirely new roof. Jeff and his crew were there on time, worked hard and cleaned up after they were done each day. It rained 2 nights out of the 5 days they worked on my house and not one drop made it through. I was impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism they displayed. I would recommend them if you are looking to get a roof replaced.

I had some wind damage on my roof and went through my home owners insurance. Got a fair price from Stapleton Roofing so I had them do my roof. They were very professional and cleaned up every day. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Replaced an original shake roof with shingle roof. Wonderful experience. Very professional crew. Cleaned up everyday so you couldn't tell they had been there. Roof is beautiful. Replaced some bad boards at no extra cost.

We were very happy with every aspect it the project. They started when they said the would and left a very clean work site at the end of each workday.

Everything that was discussed as to what the repair would entail was taken care of even if it wasn't in the contract. The work crew were very professional and cleaned up the work site at the end of the day. Two days after the job was completed we had torrential rain and there was not one hint of a leak. The price quoted me was the final price even when they had to do extra work to replace any rotting sheeting.

Stapleton Roofing is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and hard working roofing company that our company has ever used. Their customer service surpasses any other roofing company that we've used in the Valley, to date. This is the first time that I've ever written a review on any company, however, our overall experience with Stapleton Roofing was something that we felt many others could greatly benefit from for their residential and commercial rooffing needs. I give Stapleton Roofing an A++!!!

We had a leak in or tile roof and called about 6 roofing for estimates. 3 showed up and lucky for us one was Stapleton. They were slightly more than the others, but, reading their estimate, everything was install new as opposed to install "as needed". The underlay was a high-quality fiberglass membrane as opposed to felt paper. The BEST PART is they showed up on time, had super polite and hard workers and cleaned up when they were done. My picky wife could not find a single mess in the yard to complain about. Jeff, foreman, was a great guy and was on the job daily to check on progress and answer any concerns we had. Definitely consider this company.

The Stapleton Roofing organization from [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] through to the men who re-roofed our home all did a first class, professional job. Communication was excellent from ownership, supervision and workers...always extremely responsive. Follow-up, follow through on the contract and the execution of the roof work was timely and efficient. The work done was impeccable with the result that a first class job was done on our roof. We noticed how better the roof looks and believe or not, our neighbors do as well.
These people at Stapleton are obviously experts in their feel. They have the know-how, expertise and understanding not only how to re-roof a house but solve any of the problems they come across. Plus, there is no doubt in my mind these people take much pride in their work. Not only did these folks take care of our roof but as important to us, they had a network of financial resources they could direct us to so we could find the money to do this job. All in all we are extremely happy with Stapleton Roofing. As I wrote above....this is a FIRST CLASS OPERATION.

Their response to my phone call was quick and within a few days the repairs were done by a friendly and helpful team,supervised by mr. [redacted] himself.
The cost of repairs was also reasonable.
