I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truth about how things went down. First of all they told me the engine had a day warranty on it. Secondly I contacted them over times starting September 6th. On October 24th they said they would not talk to me any more because I contacted the Revdex.com and that I would have to deal with them thru the Revdex.com. Jeff promised on several occasions that he would email this information to me. They originally had an engine with only 54,miles on it and called and said they could not ship that engine to me and had a different engine with more miles on it. I know how many miles they told me were on the engine and I want proof showing that this is the engine that they sold me. I called left messages for Jeff to return my call and he has not. They would tell me he is not in that day and I would call on a different phone and funny that he was in but with a customer. He obviously did not listen to me when I called the first time as he was too busy running me around in circles. I told him that the car broke down in Cleveland, *** and that I had to have it towed back to my residence in ***. Not that my mechanic was over miles away. And that I would have to have it towed from my residence to the mechanic. I am the one that has paid for everything and I want proof how many miles is on the engine before I have to pay the mechanic money to check what is wrong with it. I want an engine with the miles they promised that was on it. I specifically ask for a quote for an engine with a turbo on it. I paid a price for the engine with a turbo and a specific number of miles on it. I have phone records showing days and times called in my hand and I have more then calls I also called on different phones because they would not answer when they seen the number that was callingSo can you imagine how many more calls I had into them. They record the phone conversations so they have a recording proving they said they would not talk to me any more. Now they say they will talk to me but after attempts they wouldn't return my call before???? I know partially what is wrong with the engine but I want proof that the engine they sold me was what they said it was. Jeff said he could email the proof and hasn't.

Customer Named [redacted] bought an engine from us in July for her 2006 Volkswagen Passat (2.0 L). This was shipped from our supplier in Florida. This was shipped via R&L carriers on 07/25/16 and delivered on 07/28/16. Upon receiving the engine customer never called us back until 10/24/2016. We...

advise our customer to call us back after installation and advise about the performance. But we never received a call from the customer after installation. Customer called back on 10/24/16 stating her car has broken down and it’s not starting. Customer started blaming [redacted] saying the engine is bad and is junk. Advised that if engine was bad, then it would have never worked after installation and her installer would have notified her at the time of installation. Advised that our warranty stands for 30days which starts from the day of delivery. Even though its outside the warranty policy, but we are still willing to work with her provided she takes it to an installer and provides us with a diagnosis report. Advised that an engine might stop working because of numerous reasons. May be the gaskets have gone bad. Or may be any of the engine accessories have gone bad. So, we will not be able to help unless she finds out what the problem is. Customer says she is in [redacted] and the nearest garage is 200 miles away. Empathized the customer and said that there is nothing we can do as don’t have tow truck and neither do we provide breakdown cover. Advised either to tow it to a mechanic shop or get a mechanic and find out the problem. Customer started screaming and started making unrealistic demands like who will cover labor and said engine is bad and we sold her junk. Advised if the Engine is bad, it would have never worked. But it worked well and it ran for 3 months without any problem. Advised can work with her only if she gets the diagnosis report from a certified mechanic shop. Customer then started asking for vehicle history and mileage. Advised that we have sold her an engine and not a whole car that we will provide vehicle history. Advised that engine was tested and it tested good and ran well without any knocks or smoke and there was good compression on all cylinders. Then customer started asking testing report. Advised that there is no testing report because we do it ourselves. If its tested bad, then it’s sold as a re-buildable unit. Then customer started asking about mileage confirmation and vehicle history. Advised that we don’t provide this information as this information is provided only when the whole car is bought. Advised will give VIN # and she can try online getting the vehicle history. Advised that is also not accurate and is only based on inspections and insurance report. Customer still kept calling and started asking for vehicle history and mileage confirmation. Advised we don’t guarantee on vehicle history and mileage at the point of sale and only guarantee on performance and condition. Customer still kept calling everyday 2-3 times with her demands. Advised we are willing to help and mutually work this out provided she gets diagnosis report. Customer not ready and kept calling us. When we received complaint letter from Revdex.com. Advised customer, will send complaint response to Revdex.com. Customer stopped calling us.

Customer has put 2 request online and both he has put has cherokee and not grand cherokee.Also as mentioned over the phone also he mentioned Jeep Cherokee & NOT Grand CherokeeIts customers fault. Customer said will send the part back. we have asked for $385 more for the correct part. He...

said he will send it back and will call back.
