The customer purchased the vehicle from us at Star Auto on September 27th, We submitted the DMV paperwork as requiredHowever, there was an unfortunate error on our part from one of our office document filers, and she had confused the residing city, not the street addressCustomer contacted Star Auto on January 1st, and brought forward the issue of the incorrect addressThe customer notified us that she had made the corrections at the DMVThe customer was informed that it was going to take some time for the title to be received because it generally takes days after the registration is receivedOn February 4th, 2016, we received another call from the customer regarding the unreceived title, but unfortunately we regretted to inform her that she should contact and ask the DMV about the title because it was out of our hands once the registration was submitted because we are not the lien holderFortunately, [redacted] contacted and spoke with the customer on February 11th, 2016, at p.m., and the conflict was resolvedRegarding the warranty statement, our dealership never has offered 100% warranty unless the customer agrees to purchase an extended warranty, otherwise we offer 50% for days as the standard warranty

Technician put quarts of oil less than my car requiredThis is even documented on the receiptAfter driving it, I noticed the oil light was on and my brother-in-law and I checked the oil levelWhen I did check the oil, it was extremely low, way below the "low" mark on the dipstickI thought the owner was very nice and helpful when I first took the car in, but that sure changed when I told him the mistake that was madeThe owner then proceeded to argue heavily with me and side with his mechanic who "said" that he filled it up to the correct level. That's certainly not what is documented on the official receipt, and not what I saw on the dipstickOnly good thing he did was eventually pay for an oil change by a Subaru dealerI'm sending the oil in for analysis to see if damage has been doneFor a small business, arguing with your customer and not admitting a mistake by your staff is a disastrous thing to doI will never bring my family's vehicles to this dealer again

Rylan, the proprietor of this establishment, is nothing more that a crook He charges customers much more money than any place else and his quality of work and customer service is horrible I called him about a broken part that he installed in my vehicle a few months prior that left my wife and kids stranded He never bothered to return my call that day so I took it upon myself to get a ride to the auto parts store and was able to fix the issue I called him the next day and he swore he called me back which he did not The part I bought cost me $ The same part he used cost around $ When I called him the next day, after arguing that he called me the previous day which he did not, I asked if he could work with me on the warranty for the defective part he put on my vehicle He yells, "That's not gonna happen!" Then gets an attitude with me about not bringing my vehicle to him Text book crooked mechanic No business ethics at all and very poor customer service

Technician put 2.5 quarts of oil less than my car required. This is even documented on the receipt. After driving it, I noticed the oil light was on and my brother-in-law and I checked the oil level. When I did check the oil, it was extremely low, way below the "low" mark on the dipstick. I thought the owner was very nice and helpful when I first took the car in, but that sure changed when I told him the mistake that was made. The owner then proceeded to argue heavily with me and side with his mechanic who "said" that he filled it up to the correct level. That's certainly not what is documented on the official receipt, and not what I saw on the dipstick. Only good thing he did was eventually pay for an oil change by a Subaru dealer. I'm sending the oil in for analysis to see if damage has been done. Rylan, the proprietor of this establishment, is nothing more that a crook. He charges customers much more money than any place else and his quality of work and customer service is horrible. I called him about a broken part that he installed in my vehicle a few months prior that left my wife and 3 kids stranded. He never bothered to return my call that day so I took it upon myself to get a ride to the auto parts store and was able to fix the issue. I called him the next day and he swore he called me back which he did not. The part I bought cost me $92. The same part he used cost around $400. When I called him the next day, after arguing that he called me the previous day which he did not, I asked if he could work with me on the warranty for the defective part he put on my vehicle. He yells, "That's not gonna happen!" Then gets an attitude with me about not bringing my vehicle to him. Text book crooked mechanic. No business ethics at all and very poor customer service.

Had the opportunity to meet the great owners at Lighthouse Automotive. Less than ten minutes in the conversation I knew this is where I would get my vehicles serviced. I was made to feel like family, or a long time friend. Quality work, great prices, caring certified mechanics and just really good christian people. My experiences were as such where I just like to stop in and say hi. To all, take your vehicles to Lighthouse Automotive. You will be greatly taken care of. I give these guys a solid 10 plus!!
