Dear Ms***:In response to your complaint of June 9, 2017, in your complaint you expressed concern that our Customer Service Reps are "uneducated". All Star Bank employees receive mandatory annual training as well as role-specific training. Your statement mentioned your "partial
knowledge" of your account. I invite you to review a Star Bank Personal Banking Guide which includes the features and benefits of each account type. You can obtain this guide from any of our employees.With respect to your ink jet concern, all of our printers/copy machines are maintained and serviced by a local vendor. I will pass your concern on to our vendor. Finally, to address your concerns about interior lighting and that the Bank looks "seriously rundown", I would like to inform you that the Maple Lake office contracts with local service companies to maintain the appearance of the Bank. The Bank interior is cleaned five times per week by a licensed janitorial company. The exterior windows and sills are washed and cleaned quarterly by a local professional window cleaning service. The lawn and turf areas outside are mowed and trimmed weekly with weed control applied. Our trees and shrubs are trimmed by a local arborist in the spring and fall. Our next scheduled exterior enhancement will be sealcoating and striping the drilanes and parking lot this fall. On the day of receipt of your concerns, I personally walked the Bank lobby and customer areas.
