Review: He swiped my card and after a few seconds he said: "oh there's is something with my machine" it was acting. He acted as if something was wrong with his ATM machine. The system never said error or showed and issues. He asked to swipe the card again I said no we will go to the ATM because I think it did approve he said no it didn't. I went to the ATM to get cash to pay for the merchandise. Went home got online to check my bank account because I knew he was dishonest and was trying to charge me twice/trying to rip me off.I called him and told him. He said: to come in he will see how he "can get the money back"My bank account statement shows he got the money, it was a debt card so it came out instantly. I'm calling the bank to follow on this and see what can be done to get the $54.23 he charged me twice for...His motive was to charge me twice because he assumed by profiling at I had no intelligence. This is a Very unethical Business. Today is Monday, September 8th, 2014. If my account or this issue is not in good standing by Friday, September 12th, 2014. I will file suit against Star Beauty Supply. Wells Fargo advise to wait until tomorrow Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 to confirm it was not taken. Because the guy at Star Beauty said they did not take it out. What took place here today was not a system issue, it was the merchant. Its not the bank's fault, it is actually the fault of the dishonesty of the guy at star beautyThis business charged me fraudulently. We will investigate it. As I previously stated there's a time frame for resolution. What blows my mind is how many customers that are taken advantage of liked this and not even know it.Desired Settlement: Want money back.

There has been a clear misunderstanding regarding the charge to Ms. [redacted]'s card. I explained to her that there was a power failure with my machine and when I called merchant services (the people who handle my credit card machine) I was told that the $54.23 was not in the detail report for that day. Having realized this I told Ms. [redacted] her card should not be charged, but in case it did for her to call me and I would have no issue to give her money back to her. It was on September 10th Ms [redacted] called me and she had told me her card was charged. That is when I called merchant services and they had told me Ms. [redacted]'s card was charged. I called Ms. [redacted] right away and told her to apologize and I gave her refund that day when she came in. The misinformation I received from merchant services I took full responsibility for and even offered Ms. [redacted] a discount for the inconvenience it has caused her. As a consumer myself I can see why she would be upset but for her to accuse my motive of stealing her $54.23 is out of line. I clearly explained to Ms. [redacted] on September 8th that she can call me if there is any issue and that I would be glad to give her a refund if it was double charged. Star Beauty has been in business in Sacramento for 22 years and we would never put our business in jeopardy over $54. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience to Ms [redacted]. Once again we are not an unethical business and we do not rip people off.
