None of the damages listed above have been proven to be damage made by the carpet cleaning All the products our company does use; pet friendly, child friendly etc would not damage baseboards, doors or wood as described above If that was the case, the hundreds of thousands of customers we have had and currently have would have the same concerns or "damages"? Not one damage complaint in years Please keep in mind that we were not the last vendor in that facility The complainant was not present for over a week after our cleaning to "inspect" and shortly after our cleaning there was a janitorial crew in there "addressing" the baseboards, wood etcand all other cleaning duties I have numerous amounts of emails showing nothing but concern and patience with the owner We received in return emails with harsh, demanding and demeaning behavior and the constant threat of her being an attorney, months pregnant with twins and wanted it resolved ASAP All correspondence has been reviewed by our legal department and our owner The findings of a "re-clean" of the carpets requested by the complainant was resolved shortly after the email of her complaint All other findings show the "damages" in the complaint were not made by our cleaning products or cleaning techniquesWe are a fellow small business in Milwaukee and take pride in customers, our work, our services and our employees, therefore we fully understand the customers concerns for her businessWe wish her the best for her company

Star Bright was able to remove stains I never thought would be able to be removed.... I was certain I was purchasing new carpet. The technition [redacted] and [redacted] were professional, considerate and conscientious. They replaced our furniture and put them on coasters and blocks to protect the carpet. The best thing was our home smelled really fresh. I have pets but you wouldn't know!

I requested a carpet cleaning right before the holidays and was sure I have to wait until after the holidays, but they were very polite and accommodating while scheduling. So I got my carpeting cleaned within several days and was very pleased with not only the cleaning, but the service of [redacted] and [redacted] who did the cleaning. On time, discussed recommendations, explained what works best for fast drying, etc. Very polite and informative.

I am a really tardy in submitting this! Star Bright cleaned my carpet and furniture at the beginning of summer and did a AWESOME job along with being very professional and quite friendly! My furniture looked like new and the carpeting I was surprised how good it looked!!! I totally forgot to write this and was reminded when I received a Gift Certificate in the mail from Star Bright to use on their next service!!!
