Star Bright Cleaners-Tramway & Indian School Reviews (1)

To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing to you in regards to complaint ID # [redacted]. This is my statement for Mr. [redacted] of Campus & Central Properties' reply to my complaint made on 06/06/2015.  On July 28, 2015, I received a message stating that this complaint has been closed...

because Revdex.com tried to  contact Campus & Central Properties several times, ending up with no response.  On August 06, 2015, I received a message stating that Campus & Central Properties has responded, meaning they took 60 days to respond, which made me all too curious on why they took so long.  Mr. [redacted] wanted us to sign the papers in Houston, TX, but we insisted on driving to [redacted], TX to sign, clean the condo and make sure everything is correct. He kept pushing us to move out as fast as possible.  Our late arrival on Friday, Mat 29, 2015 for the 4:00 PM appointment did not affect any wiring time since banks do not accept money wires on Saturdays and Sundays (please see text messages between Mr. [redacted] and myself). I have attached the text messages exchanged between Mr. [redacted] and myself in which Mr. [redacted] admitted the fault to be on the buyer for the late wire transfer. Campus & Central Properties represent me and should look after my rights in order to receive all of my money without shortages, but they failed to do so. Campus & Central stated that I did not inform them that I had an FHA type loan. I have attached the broker agreement form stating that the loan is an FHA in the first paragraph. He should have known that it was this type of loan since he is the one to sell me the unit (please see settlement statement pages 1 and 2).  Mr. [redacted] stated that I made a profit of $44,500, but he knows very well that I spent more to fix and tidy up the place with the following: I replaced all old broken appliances ($11,000). Condo was sold to my with no furniture, and I sold it furnished. ($4000 +) Total spent to upgrade condo was almost $15,000 I have attached before and after pictures of the condo (before I bought it, and after I received it and sold it). Please review Mr. [redacted]'s text messages, regarding the money I lost, which was $736.49 plus fees, equaling a total of $806.95. Campus & Central Properties claims I made a total profit of $44,500 and disregarded the fact that I paid the following, which lost me $22,495: Interest for more than 6 years ($32,500). Insurance ($5,000) Upgraded condo ($11,000) Furniture ($4,000) Commission to Campus & Central Properties ($14,495) Total of $66,995. I am not counting my payments towards the principal and maintenance of about $300 a month, which I used towards the Condo. I claimed in my complaint that Campus & Central Properties made $12,000, which I recently calculated and found out that they made $14,495 ($7,520 when they sold me the property and $6,975 when they sold the property for me. Please review settlement statement # 2. I have also attached the accumulated bad reviews made about this company displaying the fact that they are not honest and fair about their service. Thank you for your time. Cordially, [redacted] President & CEO A&H Transportation, Inc. [redacted]
