I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meHowever I did talk to someone, when I tried to explain what happened and I wanted to use the coupon I was told by a man with dark hair in twenties, claiming to be a manager that it was too late
The date of oil change for Mr. [redacted] was 7/21/17 and an additional $5 was paid at that time for an upgrade from the free "Basic Wash" to the "Best Wash" (a $14.00 value.) Do not understand how this is regarded as a scam. Customers have 30 days to wash their vehicle before expiration of...
the code they are given and complaint was logged on 8/18/17, prior to expiration. I have spoken to the manager, Chris B[redacted], and to the employees and no one remembers Mr. [redacted] speaking to them in regards to an issue with his wash. Had he asked, a wash could have been easily issued to resolve the problem. Customers are reminded at time oil change service is completed that the car wash code is only valid for 30 days. Our computer automatically removes the code from the system after the 30 day period concludes. Once used, it is also automatically removed. In regards to the complaint about the procedure to lube the vehicle, Mr. [redacted]'s 2008 Chevrolet Impala has two lubrication points and, again, a problem was not mentioned at time of service. We pride ourselves on our customer service but it is pretty difficult to provide when the first notice you are given of an issue is a complaint to the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] can stop in at his convenience for the Best Wash which he is due.
