Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:We have acted in good faith and been more than patient giving Sofa U Love many chances to provide the products we purchased spanning now over months.? When we originally contacted the management to explain our position and simply request a return/refund, they resorted to insults and baseless accusations that we damaged the furniture.? Additionally, there have been inconsistencies with their responses.? First, is the "waiver of the repair fee".? This was the first mention of any repair fee, not to mention if the product is defective when its delivered, why would there be any repair fee?? Second, is the statement of them standing "by our product and offering a one year full warranty".? This is in direct contradiction to what their salesperson Liz told us when we purchased the sofa, that there is only a lifetime warranty on the frame and no other warranties are offered.? Not to mention why is there a repair fee when there is a one year full warranty?We have given Sofa U Love every reasonable opportunity to hold up their end of the contract and they have not.? As previously stated, we request Sofa U Love to pickup the furniture and give us a full refund.? ? I am rejecting this response because:The business' response is a baseless exaggeration and an insulting accusation. After several deliveries the furniture has yet to be delivered in "perfect condition" as Sofa U Love has stated. Upon the last delivery, we did in fact inspect it and signed for it as we did not notice any issues. I wasn't until a few days later we found the most recent defect to which we have photographic evidence that will show the fabric was shorted and never properly attached to the frame.As a United States Marine Corps Veteran, I am beyond insulted that the business would accuse me (us) of damaging the furniture. We have been beyond patient and understanding with the many defects and deliveries. Now that there is yet another problem, and they have failed to deliver what we purchased, Sofa U Love has resorted to baseless and insulting accusations.Sofa U Love has in fact been accommodating to offer to repair the furniture. However in their response they state same day and to waive the repair fee. This is the first I am hearing of them offering to fix the furniture same day and there has never been any mention of any repair fee or waiver thereof. In fact, the only mention of any money was Sofa U Love offering us a refund of $for our troubles. While we appreciate the offer of $500, the sofa has been repaired and transported many times and we no longer trust the craftsmanship and durability of this sofa.There is a reason that we gave Sofa U Love our business. Several people recommended them and are very pleased with the service and the product they received. Call it bad luck, the planets were not aligned or what, but unfortunately the only thing that seemed to go right with our experience is the sales person ***, whom we cannot say enough good things about.During my conversation with *** and also with the manager/owner Vincent, I said we have been more that reasonable and given Sofa U Love every good faith opportunity to make things right over these last two months. I requested for them to pick up the sofa (which they can still sell as a floor model and not take much if any loss on it) and refund our money and this all goes away. Instead they chose to insult me and accuse us of damaging the furniture.We are still requesting to return the sofa and for Sofa U Love to refund our money.Thank you.D*** ***

MrsF* received her ottoman and says everything is ok with her orderI called MrsF* today December and spoke to her to confirmI also left her my cell phone number and let her know she can call me anytime if she needs anythingThank you V*** *** cell ***

Furniture was delivered in perfect condition Customer inspected it and signed for it.Customer damaged furniture We have to charge for the repair.As a courtesy, we offered to pickup AND fix furniture in SAME day AND waive the repair fee.Customer doesn't like the custom furniture
they ordered and instead asked for a refund, which we can't do
