This company has sent a letter for payment of $for services we did not agree toThere is no paper trail of any agreement of any sortThey are calling harassing us and we refuse to pay the so-called amount owed to this company

Phone calls claiming my company Binnacle marine services had agreed to them carrying my advertising for web activity
I have no record
Last year we paid $less discount as I didn't want the agro
I wanted no future support from them
I have now recieved another call this year saying it was a two year contract asking for another $
I asked for proof of contract all they sent was a invoice
No contracr signed and who invoice after the year
Sales person quite agressive follow cal then from a softer so called manager asuring me that info would be sent
None !!
We will pay if they produce a signed contract sounds like a scam

We are getting phone calls saying we owe money for online advertising that we did not authorize

Somebody called to confirm our contact information for publishing in a directory and then send us an invoice saying they advertise our business.The fee was never discussed nor was the type of service.There was no contract signed; but they say we owed them $for ad listing service!!!They could not send me a proof of that contract

A credit agency recently contacted me to collect on a service contract to which I did not knowingly consent to engaging inThis is a generally known "directory scam" wherein a junior employee is asked to confirm contact information of a business for publishing in a directory and then asked for a mailing address for an invoiceThe fee was never discussed nor was the type of serviceThe person confirming the information spoke quickly and asked questions confirming my contact informationWhen the credit agency contacted me, they had a recording of our conversation they suggested "proved" we had engaged in some sort of business agreement with Info Submit and agreed to pay them $for a business listing

I did not order any service from them yet I got a tonne of phone calls and bills??
Our business on Google said it was closed permanently so I hit the the button that it was an error and since then we have had relentless phone calls and are now getting invoices we never signed up for anythingThe invoice is fictional and I can't even get an answer when I call the number on the invoice

We just recently received an invoice from this company from July We have never received an invoice before and do not have any record of this company entered into our accounting system as a supplier We do not remember ever using this service When we called to indicate that we do not know this business and have not used their service they indicated that the owner was contacted and asked for the service which was not the case No proof of this was given only that they had spoken to the owner When asked why we had not received bills before this date when the bill is dated July they indicated that the bills had been sent We did not receive any

Info Submit has called our business on several occasions since They state we advertise with them and that we need to pay the second half of our year contract
We never received a contract, as we require written consent for advertising
Electronic/Recorded consent is not a contract
Authorizations by recording are not accepted as these could be 'scams'
Address on billing and address on 'website' as well as address on Revdex.com are all different
We have requested to be taken off calling list several times and to cancel any on going 'ads'
This company is already listed on the General Attorny's reports for Scam Advertisers
We do NOT do online listings or banner ads with ANYONE that does not personally walk into our dealership with written contracts in hand
They are trying to charge us yet ANOTHER
I'm filing this complaint as recommended by the General Attorney's office for documentation as well as the fact that I'm very tired of having to deal with this company every

This company tells small businesses that they are providing online advertising (without permission or by tricking companies to agree) then expecting payment for servicesThis is FRAUD, and unacceptable
