Review: My 2007 [redacted] was brought in there 6 weeks ago. Estimated to be a 3 day job. They ran into a transmission issue and broke it. They claimed from just driving in and out of the shop. They also discovered more damage and told me it will be done in 10-12 days max. I said ok. And that time came around and they haven't even touched it!! Besides the windsheild which takes 2 hours to do. [redacted] told me that it will be done next week. The following week comes it still isn't done I contact my insurance agent [redacted] he apologizes and says next week. Week 4 comes still no progress. Then [redacted] calls me last Friday and states the engine is in trans is fine just needs paint it will be done next Friday. Next Friday comes I show up still nothing done. They say ok wensday it will be done for sure. Today wensday 3-19-14 I went into the shop to learn [redacted] has left the new manager states the engine still is not in and they don't seem sure what there going to do. [redacted] the progressive agent then comes out and tells
Me it is In he saw it with his own eyes.Desired Settlement: I would like my car complete and finished ASAP. This is complete nonsense. I've been treated like garbage and taken advantage of. How is this place still in business if they treat all there customers like this
