How dare they say their service was finished as described in contract? We need reasonable explanations! We are not satisfied with Star Business & Tour Service. LLC's response to our questions. They did send a driver and a van to drive us from Boston to New York, but that's not all we paid for. They arranged the week long trip for us and our cost includes transportation, tour guide, hotel rooms, luggage handling, etc. The trip was over, but we didn't receive satisfying service we paid for.
