Review: They came to pick up my 3 barrels from my apartment and damaged the entire hallway floors. I called repeatedly to have someone to come look at it to see if it can be fixed I was treated with the utmost disrespect. She also told me that it is an apartment and not a house and it isnt worth anything.Desired Settlement: Repair or courtesy check.

IN REFERENCE TO ID# [redacted], I AM THE DRIVER THAT TOOK THE BBLS OUR OF THE APARTMENT AT [redacted], WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE WAY WE HANDLES BARRELS ,

CUSTOMER WHO PACKS BARRELS IN THEIR APARTMENTS USUALLY PLACED THE BARRELS ON A BLANKET OR SOME FORM OF MATERIAL TO AVOID THE FLOORS FROM GETTING DAMAGE,

BARRELS ARE USUALLY VERY HEAVY AND WEIGHT BET: 250/350 LBS WHICH CANNOT BE LIFTED UP AND OUR HAND TRUCK ,ARE NOT CARRIED INTO THE HOMES.

THE HALLWAYS IS THE PLACE IN THE HOME THAT GETS THE MOST TRAFFIC ON A DAILY BASIS,AND YEARS OF CONSTANT TRAFFIC WILL DAMAGE FLOORS- BUT SOMETIMES WE ARE FACED WITH SITUATION LIKE THIS THAT CAN GO BOTH WAYS AS THE CAUTION TAKEN BY THE HOME OWNER IN PREVENTING THE FLOORS FROM GETTING SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED.

THE CUSTOMER HAD CALLED OUR OFFICE AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FLOORS, BUT DID NOT WANT US TO SEND ANYONE OVER TO HAVE A LOOK, IT WAS A BUSY TIME OF YEAR FOR US , AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO WAIT TO HAVE PROPER INSPECTION CARRIED OUT, THE DAMAND WAS ABOUT MONEY , HER HUSBAND CAME OVER TO THE OFFICE AND MADE MANY TREATS WHICH WE HAVE RECORDED.

NO REMARKS WAS MADE AS TO THE HOME OR THE CUSTOMERS CONCERNS,

OUR DEFENSE , IF AT ALL THE FLOORS WAS SCRATCHED, WHY THE PROPER CARE WAS NOT EXERCISED BEFORE IN ORDER TO SAFE GUARD THE FLOORS.

WE APOLOGISE ABOUT THE LONG WAIT, AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO US AFTER THE HUSBAND MADE SO MANY TREATS.

WE WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE TILES THAT WAS DAMAGED/ SCRATCHED.

Please be advised that the letter stated that I never wanted anyone to come to take a look at the floor which is untrue and that I wanted money which is also untrue. [redacted] should note that the manager I spoke to who was an older female made it known that my apartment is not a house like hers and there is no need to send anyone over. I also spoke to this same female week after week after week with promises that someone was going to come over prior to her statement of my home is not a house. All I wanted was for the floors to be taken care of so please do not try to discredit how I handle the situation and take note of your employees. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
