This insurance company is a joke and their customer service is terribleWe are now on day that our claim for a loss has been filedEverytime we call all we get is you need to talk to your adjuster who then passes us someone elseEverytime you get someone on the phone they tell you one thing and another person tells you something elseI have no clue what is going on with my car or my claim, I don't know even know where they took my car tooWe pay for full coverage insurance and I'm out of a vehicle and have no idea when they will decide to settleIf your considering coverage with this company run and run fast to another company!!!! Our policy is in my boyfriend's name with me being a listep driver and Co owner of the vehicle that was in the accident

I just had an accident last night and by the looks of this it will a long processi have been on hold for more than minutes, and when some one did answer my call they put me on hold againand then the call was endedi will pursue with legal matters
