Review: I attended the SCG Open in [redacted] where all players are to receive a playmat with there entry they ran out of playmats I was told by Star city games staff I could pick it up at the open in Columbus when I tried to do this I was told I could not that my voucher for the playmat had expired and that it was my fault that I didn't get it in [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the playmat that was supposed to be included with my purchases of entry to the [redacted] open

Our President, Pete Hoefling Jr, has attempted email contact with [redacted] several times. If we hear back from him, we’ll let you know.He actually did not follow the procedures laid out by our events team in order to pick up his playmat at a future event. He didn’t have the voucher validated in [redacted] on the event day. In order to combat fraud, such as unauthorized reproduction of the playmat vouchers, players needed to have their vouchers validated by a member of our events team. Since his voucher could not be proved to be authentic due to the missing validation, our event rep told him that we couldn’t honor it. That being said, [redacted] has already offered to send him the playmant and we haven’t heard a response.I will let [redacted] give more information should he have it. Thanks for your time!
