THIS LOCATION IS THE MOST HORRIBLE DRY CLEANERS I EVER GO!!!! they are rude to the clients, I have used them due that it's very close to my homeBut I never would go there againOne time I came to pick up my clothes, and I have been told that I don't have any clothes for pick upLuckily I saw my clothes on the row and I pointed to themJust before a new year I again experienced the worst moments at this cleanersThey lost my favorite skirt which cost $and they refused to reimburse and gave me very hard time to accept the fact that they lost it I'm emotionally distressed and this location needs very careful observation as it's not safe for the environment

She reimbursed me for the amount they charged me to clean the item, not the cost of the item, but I really want to put this whole thing behind now. I hope that receiving a letter from Revdex.com will put them on notice that in the future they cannot treat their customers the way they treated me. While I understand that fabrics can get damaged while treated by dry clearning chemicals, returning the item to the customer without telling him about the damage, charging the customer for the price to clean, and screaming at the customer and telling him/her to shut up is not good for business.Once again, I thank you for the work you do. There are two complaints. They are the damage to a black linen jacket with two large holes in the sleeves near the elbow area and the price to clean a suit jacket. On/about 09 Oct, I wanted t wear my black linen jacket to a meeting; however, when took the jacket out of the dry cleaning plastic bag, I observe two large holes with missing material in the sleeves. When I turned in the jacket, they were not because I would have noticed when I ironed it last. I called the business and talked with a Korean man. I am assuming that he was the owner. I explained the situation and that I was going on vacation on 13 Oct and that I would bring the jacket by for him to view when I returned. When I returned, I was serviced by a Korean woman. I explained the background of the situation. She when stated I brought in damaged jacket. I told her "No" and I have been a customer for 11 years, so why would I lie. I ask her cut and hem the sleeves above the damaged area for no charge. She say again I brought in a damaged jacket. I left and said okay. I felt it was not worth arguing. Then on 06 Nov, I was serviced by the same Korean lady. I showed her two suits to be cleaned at $5.25 each. She then informed me that the jacket was a coat and the cost was $5.25 instead of $5.25 for the suit. I told her that jacket was apart of the suit with the shirt. I told her that I bring the jacket twice a year and have ever been charged $5.25 for that item in 11 years. She stated that prices go up be heating of the business etc. I stated that you do not care about customer services and you must want money. She continued to talk the rising cost of heating, etc. The price states everything is $2.75. I left my items. Neither issues were resolved with management because the lady was not listening. Once I pick my items, I will never utilize the services again. They damaged my jacket and was not willing to fix the problem and the over charged of the jacket, which she stated was a coat, which is it not.Product_Or_Service: Dry CleaningOrder_Number: N/AAccount_Number: N/ADesired Settlement1. Review: I had the worst experience here. They "found" a hole in an expensive silk shirt and claimed the hole was there before I brought it in. This is absolutely not true. When I asked them to fix it, the woman had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for it. I asked her why, since it is clear they created the hole. She then began to yell at me and refused to take any responsibility. I asked her over and over to fix the hole that they created, and she still continued to yell at me. Not only was this terrible customer service, but as soon as I tried to look up her business information posted on the wall, she said "fine, go ahead and fill out the paper work and see how well that works. But get out of here."I went to a tailor nearby who said the hole is not fixable. Star Cleaners ruined a very expensive silk top, didn't take responsibility and I can never wear it again.Desired Settlement: Since the tailor I spoke to said that silk cannot be repaired, I would like for them to either attempt to fix this for free, or provide me with the replacement cost for the shirt since they no longer sell it, which is $139.
