For one, I don't agree with the way...

they handle business. If someone is applying for a unit they should be notified regardless of how many applicants you have. [redacted].
Also, when I talked to their head office via email I was told that my application was denied. Which I don't believe was the case. (as explained in my original complaint)[redacted]. I'm not sure why...but there is no reason for our application to have been denied.
Face the facts Mosaic you dropped the ball and have your head so far up your.....to even admit you were in the wrong.
