I never felt welcomedI had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor, even though my appointment was the first one of the morningThe glasses and sunglasses I ordered were not properly adjusted so I had to go back a second timeThey were still not fitted properly so I had to go back a third timeI was accused of stretching the sunglasses and leaving them in a hot car, which it was March and we had had no hot daysI also was not seeing clearly out of my left lense in my sunglasses and was told it was something I would have to get used toWhen my glasses and sunglasses were finally adjusted properly the vision in my left lense was much betterTwo days before this third visit, I received a bill in the mailThey said they had put all of my charges on my card when I ordered the glasses, so I was surprised to be getting a billThe day after receiving the bill in the mail, I got a call from the lady in the optical shop telling me I had to give her my card number over the phone or return the glassesI didn't appreciate the rudeness and the fact I had had no time to return the bill with paymentI paid the amount, but was never told that they were sorry for the mistake or the extra trips back for adjustment of glassesI have been wearing glasses for most of my life and have NEVER had an experience like thisI,too, work in the medical field in customer serviceI would never think of treating a patient as I was treatedI don't plan on returning for my next exam

I never felt welcomed. I had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor, even though my appointment was the first one of the morning. The glasses and sunglasses I ordered were not properly adjusted so I had to go back a second time. They were still not fitted properly so I had to go back a third time. I was accused of stretching the sunglasses and leaving them in a hot car, which it was March and we had had no hot days. I also was not seeing clearly out of my left lense in my sunglasses and was told it was something I would have to get used to. When my glasses and sunglasses were finally adjusted properly the vision in my left lense was much better.
Two days before this third visit, I received a bill in the mail. They said they had put all of my charges on my card when I ordered the glasses, so I was surprised to be getting a bill. The day after receiving the bill in the mail, I got a call from the lady in the optical shop telling me I had to give her my card number over the phone or return the glasses. I didn't appreciate the rudeness and the fact I had had no time to return the bill with payment. I paid the amount, but was never told that they were sorry for the mistake or the extra trips back for adjustment of glasses.
I have been wearing glasses for most of my life and have NEVER had an experience like this.
I,too, work in the medical field in customer service. I would never think of treating a patient as I was treated.
I don't plan on returning for my next exam.

I called on this man's ad on Saturday and spoke to [redacted] of Star Construction regarding these bricks he was selling from his business of demolition of buildings. I offered to look at them on Saturday but he stated he could not do it that day. He could do it on Sunday after church so we settled on 1:00 p.m. I told him that I would call him right before I left. He called a little before noon wanting to know how many bricks I wanted and what did I plan to do with them. I explained I did not have an exact number but was working on researching my project. He then told me that he had a woman who called after me who wanted all the bricks. I told him that I would take 1000 bricks. He asked me a bunch of inappropriate questions about why I wanted them, where was I building a house, why was I building a house there, and how would I haul the bricks there. I explained I would handle that and it was my business and then he stated he was just being sure that I would show up as people who answer ads never show up like say they will. I assured him I would never do that and I planned to keep our appointment. I was getting testy by now and he stated he was “just trying to do the Christian thing” which last time I checked was keeping your word. He told me that he would call the woman and get back to me which he never did. I guess he and I have a different idea of what “the Christian thing” is. I have a pretty good idea of what happened here is that after “Christian” [redacted] make an appointment with me to sell me the bricks for 30 cents a piece someone else called wanting them all. He informed them that he had an appointment with me to come and look at them so she upped her price. He then called me and fed me a line of [redacted] hoping I would back off of the deal and when I did not he just did not call back. It is a good thing that all of this took place after he went to church on Sunday.
