When they called the second time, they DID NOT offer me 5:to 8:p.mHe told me that the truck would be probably be coming prior to that time, and basically, that they could not guarantee me ANY TIME except sometime during that day! The man I spoke with was very curt, and said that "somebody had to be home to except the" goods The prior caller (the initial phone conversation), a woman, did offer me that option! I explained to both of these individuals that I live in Houston, TX where traffic is unbelievably bad from 5:onI stated that if I was working on that day, then I might not even make it home in time for the delivery
