General Manager regarding this situation.  She was only aware that the guests were not happy and checked out.  She was NOT given the messages for a call back.  Peter (one of the Front Desks Agents) was recently let go for this type of lack of attention to detail (booking wrong room type/not passing messages along).  Jessica will be visited with as well.  The one item I would very much like assistance with is ...... what staff member said "I would not come back here either, too many problems" - as 99% of our guests are very happy and we strive to take care of any that do have an issue arrise.  Was it Jessica when you called back after no service from the message that you left with Peter?  The only way for any business to get better is to know where the problem is happening.
