could not get a return on the mattress because of the simple fact that with this bed bug crisis going on in the city of milwaukee, any item that enters a
customers house, can be at risk of catching it and bringing it into the business! That is the reason why we told the customer we do not return mattresses!
Customer complaint # *** got resolved by getting everything delivered in one time just as promise! With a satisfactory signature of delivery!
