I have been dealing all day with a very rude employee who has refused to connect me to the manager. I have called numerous times and she has hung up on me each time. I have received a number of excuses from "I'm too busy" to "I'll tell the manager what you want" to "the manager doesn't speak English." Though I have contacted corporate, this is a franchise and the matter needs to be dealt with via manager. It is ridiculous that this one person is providing such bad customer service.

I was ordering online with them for the first time and it prompted me to join them for current emails etc and that by doing so I would receive a 10% coupon for my first online order. I did this and received an email with my coupon, when I ordered my food online there wasn't an area to place my coupon code, so when I went to pick up my order, I showed them my emailed coupon and I was told that the coupon I received wasn't them and that they didn't honor those coupons. The coupon clearly has their address and info on it.
