Although my previous employer covered most of the cost of shipping, I had to pay extra for a move to CaliforniaAs such, I incurred additional costs due to the delay in the delivery process, which I was informed would take approximately weeksResulting in charges associated with car rental, purchasing essential items that were in my shipment, including personal hygiene items, dishes and silverware, to name a fewGive these unexpected costs and the major inconvenience cause by the company, I feel that compensation, or at the very least reimbursement of my portion of the payment for the move, is appropriate
