I am rejecting this response because: Dealing with this company has been a headache, I've placed a call to the office to discuss my concerns and have been ignored, and there have been some many lies that at this point I need to see results before I agree or sign any type of documentsI feel that they have been very inconsistent and dishonest

In response to the concerns submitted by Mr. [redacted], Southwest Homes is still in the process of completing their new home. We are in the final stages, and are looking to schedule the ‘Initial Customer Walk’ with the customer/s in upcoming week to review and inspect any concerns they may have. At...

our meeting, we will walk the entire home, document their concerns, and both parties will sign and acknowledged the form. Southwest Homes will then begin correcting the items agreed upon. Once these items are completed, we will meet again to review the items that were in question, and complete the Final Customer Walk, which will also be signed and acknowledged by both parties.
