I was visiting the apartments their name is Villas on the hill in the west area of Fort Worth and these apartments are Urban Housing Development Apartments and they have a very in strict parking policy in which they implemented a new register online but the tow trucks that are accommodating his apartment complex is Capital Care towing company and they have a implemented that you have to register your visitors parking online and which they don't give you time to register within minutes my car was towed from this area and it cost me over $to retrieve my car I talk to quadco management solution and they told me that there's nothing that they can do because they have signs posted around but the signs are very small you cannot see them at night and I was advised by my sister to register the car once I got in minutes after getting out of my car my car was towed and I didn't understand why they would not refund me my money back so I want anybody that visit the Villas on the hill on

On Jan 6 2017 we paid and delivered 3 boxes to St Louis to be ship to the Philippines. Its May 13 2017 and boxes are no where to be found. Called 800 and service person was ignorant of where boxes are and why so long. I ask to talk to a manager and was told he was busy. E-mailed company for refund information and received nothing. This is the worst shipping company ever.

Sent a box to the Philippines on Nov 2nd, it is now Jan 6th and when I try to track the box I get no invoice found . I tried to call the company, all I get is a auto system that does not understand any think you say to it. I have sent emails, no reply back.

Review: I have contracted with Star Kargo/Villamayor Freight Forwarders to ship my care packages to the Philippines. Per his relatives in the Philippines [redacted] Villamayor owner of the business failed to remit any funds to the Villamayor Logistics Philippines. Thus my packages was not completely delivered and some packages are missing per Villamayor Logistics Philippines. I have a signed agreement with [redacted] Villamayor with specific expectations and stipulations which he has failed to accomplish. I have tried numerous times to contact [redacted] and he has not responded to any of our calls or communication. I would like to also say that I am not the only one [redacted] Villamayor has done this to. Due the the late delay in delivery I had to hire another delivery company in the Philippines to retrieve my packages from Villamayor Logistics Philippines and deliver them. This is a double expense for me. Another thing is that I have not been given any updates of my missing packages. I need someones help with this issue. Review: Sent 95 pcs of care packages (balikbayan boxes) to the Philippines through this company ([redacted] Villamayor). [redacted] picked up the packages from my storage in [redacted]

on 2/3/2013. Paid him in full as charged. Out of 95 only 26 have arrived Manila and 3 out of 26 have been delivered to date. Due to lack of communication from this company, we

do not know the whereabouts and status of the rest of the packages, and this is a very important information for us to give to our customers. Our customers are furious to say the least.

WE have written 2 letters demanding to provide us this information but to no avail. Typically, a shipment from the US to Manila, Phils. takes about 45 days but we are now in May and

most of the packages are still not delivered and unaccounted for. Informatively, the main reason for the delay in shipping and delivery of the packages is, [redacted] failed to remit the money

that we paid him to do. This company failed us and ultimately our customers. They should NOT be allowed to do any business anymore otherwise, more innocent people will be

victimized.Desired Settlement: communicate with us through phone call and letter explaining in full and complete inventory of the whereabouts of the packages.
