Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted]'s entire
response is inaccurate, false, and in fact contains multiple blanket
lies, all which are supported by my documentation attached.First, [redacted] never provided me with his responsive attached invoice until
3/11/2016 (see date of quote at top), which was dated 8 days after 3/3/2016 flight
and 11 days after the request for quote. [redacted] only provided an
email on 3/3/2016 stating a simple response of "$75.00" (see attached email dated
3/3/2016).  In fact, I had to request while in flight, confirmation of
$75.00 and that a car would be waiting upon landing.I never, at any time received
the confirmation number and terms and conditions dated  3/7/2016 until
day after return flight 3/6/2016, and only after I filed a dispute with [redacted], see attached. I never, at any time received an actual invoice until 3/11/2016, or 11 days
after request for quote.. AT NO TIME WAS
GRATUITY EVER COMMUNICATED, NOR CONFIRMATION OF 3/6/2016 RETURN TO
DENVER AIRPORT in any email received or any communication, prior to  3/11/2017. Furthermore, contrary to [redacted]'s statement "refused to complete on line for security
reasons as stated", I never received an online payment information form or communication because I never in fact received an invoice or confirmation of transportation until
3/11/2016.  After driver **. [redacted] took my credit card information on 3/3/2016, [redacted]  refused to pay driver **. [redacted] his $50.00 driver share for ride provided 3/3/2016.  At no time does [redacted] mention to **. [redacted] gratuity charges during the text correspondence of firing **. [redacted] attached (forwarded text between [redacted] and **. [redacted], and text between **. [redacted] and myself, [redacted]).   These text messages clearly show that [redacted] consequently fired **. [redacted] for complaining about not being paid $50.00 for services and refused to pay him. The text correspondence between driver **. [redacted] and owner [redacted] further shows that there is no employee/employer or independent contract relation (W-2 or independent contractor 1099). I do not believe that a company should be operating without proper driver transportation insurance, documentation, and company employee/employer or independent contractor relations. It seems that the absence of the stated would be a huge liability on the state, city and county of Denver, Colorado should an auto accident occur during driver/passengers company operation.[redacted]'s response statement that **. [redacted] "had made a deal behind the company knowledge" and that he provided an Uber drive back to airport on 3/6/2016 for $50.00 is entirely false. **. [redacted] never provided me with transportation on 3/6/2016. Uber driver [redacted] provided transportation to me at 7:36 PM for $34.43. See attached receipt from Uber. While entering the airport terminal, unloading, and paying our Uber driver [redacted], I received numerous calls and texts from [redacted] yelling and screaming and threatening to charge for (unknown $) round trip because we did not cancel driver. I advised [redacted] during his first abusive call at approximately  8:05 PM to me that we already received ride to airport, that we had not confirmed nor received any confirmation, written or oral that Star Limo would provide return airport transportation.  He became irate and verbally abusive, swearing and threatening charges. He then called and text me several more times to which I blocked further harassing calls from him.  At no time, did I never call [redacted], and in fact blocked all correspondence from him. See attached.I have made separate arrangements to for payment (via check with his address) to **. [redacted] for $50.00 for the arrival flight from airport to Denver Hyatt convention center
as it is not fair that [redacted] is not paying Star Limo driver **. [redacted] for services rendered. We are now disputing the entire $197.43 charges with our [redacted] account from Star Limo for the reasons stated above. As stated in my complaint, [redacted] and his company Star Limousine, Inc., AKA Denver Limo Corp, AKA Denver Star Limousine, I could not locate I could valid business license or any required business filings with City and County of Denver, and Denver Secretary of State. I could not locate or visibly see in **. [redacted]'s vehicle on 3/3/2016 any of the following City and County of Denver, Department of Excise and Licenses requirements ordocuments: 1. Display Licenses -Herdic drivers must display two new licenses issued by Excise and Licenses in their vehicles2.“Licensed Driver” license displayed on the front passenger side dashboard, visible to the front exterior of the vehicle3. License with driver photo displayed on the rear passenger side, visible to the rear interior of the vehicle4. Interior license smartphone QR code that links passengers to the Denver Taxi & Limo Council website:  Passenger and Driver Code of Conduct ? Complaint &Compliment Form5. Info on fares and flat rates, Denver events and destinations6. Limo drivers must carry the two new licenses at all times; they are not required to display them, but must produce the licenses upon request by passengers, inspectors or lawenforcement. **. [redacted] does not possess a limo driver license.I, [redacted] state that all of [redacted]'s allegations and response is false, and out right lies. Please call driver **. [redacted] should you feel additional information is necessary to support my complaint. I am demanding full reimbursement from vendor for $197.34 for the reasons stated above. Vendor contacted me on 3/18/2016 and stated he wanted my address so representative could contact me. I do not want to give this guy my address as his previous threats and abusive behavior is frightening and I fear for my life and family. Again, I believe that this company should not be operating as a business in the city and state of Denver, Colorado. Owner [redacted] is rude, unprofessional, harrassing, unlicensed for perform business, and fails to adhere to local, state, and federal rules and regulations concerning conducting business as a limousine service. He failed to pay his own driver $50.00, pocketing the entire $193.36. Furthermore, he overcharges for services quoted and rendered, and fraudently charges for services not rendered. He is a risk and liability to any person(s) in the city and state of Denver, Colorado, and is a horrible operating business representative of your fine city.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Good morning [redacted] ,      [redacted] contacted star limousine by intent inquiry about car service to and from DIA as you see in the original email . I quoted her $75 $ + gratuity and admin fee a total of $96.68 . **s. [redacted] provided payment info by phone and refused to...

complete on line for security reasons as she stated  , [redacted] our contracted driver has failed to get card imprint and signature as he claimed that **s. [redacted] told him that she will do that in the return . I decided to terminate [redacted] the driver for not following instruction , on 03.06.2016 our driver contractor La Don Knight showed to Hyatt convention to take **s. .[redacted] back to DIA  but was no show , we tried mutable attempt to contact her ,finally she responded that she took Uber X and they charged her $50 , later time I found out that **s. [redacted] and [redacted] had made a deal behind the company knowledge as he become an Uber X driver to drive her in his Personal car to the Airport , **s. [redacted] accusation are inhuman and  unreasonable , at this point I charged her for round trip since she never had a valued cancelation and our deriver showed up at the return pickup . **s. Got upset and she called and start making threats at this point I didn't feel dealing with such an incident so I refunded her return charges but she wont stop , she made complain to Revdex.com and wrote bad review and contacted your office  , I don't believe her accusation are reasonable or Valued and her motive is hatful and damaging to company reputation for no reasons but an ego issue .   Thank you [redacted]

We refunded the return charges as I send previously , **. [redacted] is being passive aggressive , company matters and employs shouldn't be you concern , Drive got paid in  full and he should've followed company and PUC regulation to get paper and contract sign and he failed to do that , I will not provide personal information on how my company structured or how do I conduct biz in the state of Colorado , I advise [redacted] to seek the court system if she feels that Star Limousine,Corp. is not register with the state or PUC , also [redacted] filed complained with the PUC and that will answer your questions if we legal  or not  .as far you are making deals with our driver that is out of line and shady . Please enough .your motive is out offline and clear , We are Colorado limo company and we been operating for years and we understand the frustration of a client , but your reservation was shady from the bilging  with your  manipulative accusations , [redacted] works for a an attorneys office and if she have any rights she should be proceeding with the court system not trying to damage a company reputation because of bad communication fro her part not to sign contract and discussing reservation with driver , verbally she provide the card over the phone and she never canceled return nor have the decency to contact or return our call regard the return cancelation , why do I send driver if she canceled , I had to pay the second driver for his time and effort .

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did not pay driver [redacted] and in fact, refused to pay him. See text messages between [redacted] and [redacted].  You have his phone number as well to confirm.  [redacted] company under Star Limousine, Inc nor Denver Limousine is operating as a delinquent registered business with the Secretary of State. Please see attachments with Secretary of State showing "delinquent" status. [redacted] is violating any and all State of Colorado and Transportation and Taxi regulations when operating his limousine service without the proper required visible documentation.  [redacted] failed to provide me with any contract or invoice for service to be provided or rendered at any time prior to 3/11/2016, which was 8 days after initial transportation. [redacted] was harrassing and threatening when contactin me via email, telephone, and text on 3/6/2016. [redacted] is harrassing and threatening.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
