Review: I purchased the vehicle from Star Loans Acceptance Center back in March 2013 as a need to get back and forth from work etc. When the car was delivered to me not on the date promised but the following week. I was told by Star Loans and [redacted] service department that the vehicle was in good standers and should not have any problems. Less than a month of having the vehicle my lights were out and my check engine light and several others lights were continuously on. As I called the bank ([redacted])and dealership about the mechanical problems that I was experiencing which were never resolved. I asked what could I do and Star Loans associate told me that they had nothing to do with the vehicle problem. As a result I asked the bank to pick the vehicle up because I couldn't afford to pay a $326.00 car note, $170.00 in insurance and pay for repairs.Desired Settlement: I just would like for my down payment to be refunded and the vehicle not be put as a repossession.
