Dear [redacted]:
I am writing in response to your letter dated October 14, 2015.
[redacted] filled out an online application to purchase a vehicle on September 21, 2015 through a company called [redacted]. We received that inquiry and followed-up with...

her accordingly. Our call center spoke with her on September 22, 2015 and September 28, 2015, and left messages for her on October 6, 2015 and October 9, 2015. [redacted] then visited our location on October 10, 2015.[redacted] expressed her goal was to purchase a vehicle (SUV) with zero (0) money out of pocket and achieve a payment under $250.00 per month. We attempted to obtain a bank approval to get as close to her goals as possible. However, we were unable to do so due to her poor credit history. We did obtain a bank approval that would allow [redacted] to purchase a vehicle at our organization, however the terms under which she was able to make a purchase were not agreeable to her. We advised her how she could purchase a vehicle from us if she chose.
After her visit, she also spoke with two representatives to further advise her of what we could do to assist her in her purchase and express our regret in being unable to come to terms on a purchase. Subsequently we mailed a copy of her Risk Based Pricing Notice as well as an Adverse Action Letter. If there are any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks.
Sincerely,Brian A.
