We have reached out to our customer, Corners and *** ***, head of warranty at CornersHe informed us that there are no outstanding repairs at this addressWe do believe there may have been some miscommunication as to the amount of flooring that needed repair, but were under the impression
it was all handled between Corners and the homeowner.I have included the Warranty/Repair Notes below:SENT TO *** FOR APPROVAL 10/8:AM Builder had the Fireplace changed to Rock and Brick on this home at end of house after wood installation had taken placeThe home is now occupied and I did a occupied inspection at home and recommended replacing 4-wood plankson first attempt to do repair the home owner stated to installer that he would like to have planks replaced and would not let them just replace the 4-that was originally recommended by myself at occupied inspection*** is requesting that we replace 45-as she thinks the stain pen method looks bad as was originally done with the approval of *** and *** with 4-Corners(on some of the wood planks that were damaged at new FP (ROCK) install San Marino Titan 3/x width boxes Glue Labor $720Please let us know if you’d like any more information on this matter, Star strives to provide excellent quality work and customer service.
