Review: Immediately after ordering a product from Starmagic ([redacted]) I called to request canceling the order. I mean within seconds. A gentleman picked up the phone and I asked him to cancel, he said he can not take a cancellation over the phone and that I must respond to the confirmation email to request my cancellation. I did not receive a confirmation email, I only received an email informing me that the item has shipped. I called him back to explain to him my issue and asked if I could send it back can he reimburse me. He said no and that the issue was out of his hands. It was clear to me that this company did no have any sort of return/cancellation policy system and had no intentions of allowing me to cancel or return. It was at this point that I was called dishonest and a lier because this gentleman said that the email had sent.Desired Settlement: I will pay to ship the item back, but I won't pay for shipping the item to me because I called within MINUTES of ordering and if handled correctly, would have resulted in not shipping the item at all. And I do not want to be charged the cost of the item $49.95.

Review: We ordered a plastic boomerang from Star Magic. It was delivered in October. The first time my stepson threw it, it landed on the ground and broke into 3 pieces, thus damaging it beyond repair. I soon emailed the company explaining what happened. I repeatedly tried to ask for a replacement but received no reply. In January, while housecleaning, I noticed the receipt had a phone number for the business, which I was unable to find online despite looking for it. I called on January ** and explained the situation and was told that I had to call within 7 days in order to get a replacement. Making matters worse, the person with whom I spoke was extremely rude and questioned that the events I described ever happened even though I offered to give him my order number.Desired Settlement: Repay cost of boomerang ($2.95) and accompanying shipping cost ($5.95) for a total of $8.90.
