Star Mechanical installed a new boiler and hot water heater system last February. The system is functioning, but we have had several leaks in the piping and water hammering in the pipes. Star Mechanical came back to repair one of the leaks, but left one (the condensate discharge) to be repaired when he could get back to it. That was Aug 16th. Since then, we have been trying to schedule a follow-up to fix the other leak and resolve the hammering with no luck. In the interim, I re-opened the permit with the county because the initial inspector had only taken a few minutes to inspect, and the county sent out a new inspector who confirmed that there were 5 code violations that were missed in the original inspection. Those were electronically transmitted to Star Mechanical that day, and I have sent those to Star Mechanical as well, as those should be resolved and covered under his 1yr workmanship warranty. I have not gotten a response from him to resolve those either. At this point,

I had contracted *** to repair an AC unit that he got the manufacturer to warranty, but then he proceeded to not answer my phone calls and text messages for multiple weeks on numerous occasions After threatening him with legal action he contacted me and then refused to give me the replacement without paying him for the install whether he does it or not There was never an agreement to this made by me I am willing to pay him for any previous work completed but I am not entitled to pay him for "storage and warranty" when I can't trust the company to return my calls I just want my property
