Hi since February I been sick had three surgeries I was not able to speak for whileDue to slow work employ quit I had no help till now, week ago doctor give me ok to work My website was down due to no payment my cslb licWas suspended due to no reply I was not sure I am going to make it.I am still renewing my city lic If they still need me I'll happy to tack care them any question feel free to contact me warm regards

I disagree with him, I only did what he approvedWe charge $ to diagnose the unitAfter I found his unit had no refrigerant, I opened his unit cover in the garage to see if there were any oil stains; His unit was cleanThen I checked the unit on the roof and I did not find any signs of a leakThen I offered him a nitrogen pressure test which would cost $ more(I waived $65.00) He approved of the nitrogen test for $ When I started adding nitrogen, the pressure leaked out immediatelyThe unit held no pressureWhen the unit has no pressure, how can I check for a leak under the house? The leak was sizable, if the leak was in the unit on the roof, I should have heard itHe asked me for options, I gave him three: 1)To replace the unit including the line set(His unit is 30+ years old) 2)To replace the copper lineset because his line start size in garage is 3/4" and on roof 1-1/"The line set length measured approximately 70+ feet3) To change the location of the roof top unitHe disapproved of all three optionsThat is when I collected $which he paid with his credit cardHe only paid for the nitrogen test, which he agreed was not for the repairIn other words, if I find a leak, he has to pay an additional cost for labor and refrigerant etc.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Star Mechanical [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: there is nothing wrong with my inside unit cause if there was why did he not say something about last year when he install the AC unit now he want to make money by saying it my inside unit my outside has been buy off and he know saying its my INSIDE unit bad service

I am rejecting this response because: I have call the guy and he was going to come down to fix my AC and he did not show up what is my next step with the problem regarding my AC unit PLEASE call me at ###-###-#### ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: because all he did was look at the AC unit once it get over heated it will not work I pay In last then 3months it has give us problems Where we have to turn it off

This issue has been solved you may check with customer. Their a/c was running fine we could not find any issue with a/c

I don't mind to go back and check again the last time I was there unit was working fine I checked sub-cooling and super heat was normal check amps draw was ok. I can only fix if there is any problem. May be indoor unit ( which not installed by us) have part TXV that could be malfunctioning. Have customer call me when unit not cooling I like to fix there problem , Thanks

leak. Then I offered him a nitrogen pressure test which would cost $ 150.00 more. (I waived $65.00) He approved of the nitrogen test for $ 150.00. When I started adding nitrogen, the pressure leaked out immediately. The unit held no pressure. When the unit has no pressure, how can I check for a leak under the house? Review: I purchase AC unit last year from this company 08-16-2013 unit not cooling I have call this company 20 times at two number with no luck I have email them to and have not heard from them this are there numbers and emailDesired Settlement: TO COME OUT AND FIX IT OR REPLACE A NEW ONE
