We did receive a check for the balance owing. Do to the fact that we had to file eviction on this tenant with the courts, we where unable to show the balance paid in full until the check cleared our bank. When we received confirmation the check had cleared we sent...

the paid in full receipt.
We did try and expedite this by taking the check personally to the their bank and get it cashed but do to the fact that we do not have an account at this Bank and it was made out to our company they would not cash it or convert it to certified funds.
We are very sorry that it may have caused any problems and wish we could have done more.
