Star Motor Sales of NC

I was involved in an accident on 10/28/2014. This business Star Motor Sales of NC, allowed [redacted] to drive one of there vehicles with only a Learners Permit. She ran the light and hit my truck on the front left side. The [redacted] that she was driving had Dealer tags and she Totaled that vehicle. She then get out of the car crying, stating that she was in big trouble. This accident has cause me injuries and I cant get in touch with anyone at the business. I've been trying to file a claim and I've been told that there not sure where this business is Insured. I cant get any return calls and no one returns my messages. I still have several doctors appointments to attend next week and yet I still haven't heard anything from there Insurance company. I know that as a Dealer your suppose to have Insurance for the Business but I don't think that this car lot even has Insurance. I just don't want anyone else to be effected by the negligence of Star Motor Sales of NC.Desired SettlementI would like to be contacted with the correct information to file my medical claim. The fact is that Ms [redacted] at the time of test driving the car she submitted to us her learner permit because she did not have the actual copy of her driver's license which in turn we called the [redacted] to verify that she has a driver's license and not just a permit as a matter of fact our policy is very strict when it comes to issuing a test drive. [redacted] who was driving an eighteen wheeler truck and got hit by a sedan car and claim to be hurt called our office and in turn we told him who we are insured with and gave him the name of the insurance rep, we also called our insurance rep at once and inform him with the accident and gave him [redacted]'s name which he new him in person and was aware of him. We take our business very seriously and in very proficient and responsible way.
