I [redacted] went in to Star Nails on 5/12/16 for two pedicures eyebrows in a Fill in when I was getting my nails done I noticed that two of them were messed up I asked the guy that was doing my nails could he fix them he fix them later when I got home I noticed all ten fingers we're bubbled up messed up really bad I called the next day and ask was it anything that she can do about it because later on on Thursday I had went to another nail salon to get them to fix it because I cannot go into work the next day like that she told me since I went to another Salon that she definitely could not help me out with adjusting my payment or even giving me a free fill in on My Nails this was the second time that this had happened to me I'm just really disgusted with this place and I cannot take it anymore I will never go back all I really want is my $26 back for my nails because I do not feel like they were Worthy of payment do to the bubbles..Product_Or_Service: 2 Pedicure 1 Fill in eyebrowsOrder_Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXAccount_Number: XXXXXXXXXXDesired Settlement$26Business Response Ms. [redacted],Respectively, you have the right to be upset because you were not completely satisfied with the service. If you were dissatisfied like so, you should have come back to the salon (or call) to get it fixed by another nail technician. You stated "the guy" that tried to fix it couldn't, so we would have gotten another nail technician to fix it if you had came back (called) when you could. Finally, if you did not trust us to fix your nails, you could have asked us for a refund after you show us the dissatisfied nails. Going to another salon and then asking to give you a type of reimbursement do not correspond with our policy. Once you walk out the door, we do not hold any responsibility to what happen to the nails. Often times, there is a time window where you can come back and bring to attention the nail issue, and we will happily resolve it for you without charge or a discounted price, depending on the cause and time the issue(s) arose. Since you went to another salon to fix the problem, we were not given any opportunity to do anything to improve your experience nor were provided with concrete evidence that the nail color bubbled. Thus, we will not give you a refund for the service.
