Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This company admits to wrecking my new [redacted] while also admitting to not paying a penny toward the damages they causedI take my vehicle to be washed at [redacted] of Cincinnati every Saturday, where I also have all maintenance work doneI have witnesses from the dealership the Saturday I dropped my car off with the valet stating there were no damages on my vehicle, besides a few scuffs on a wheelWhen I left my car in the care of star valet parking they damaged itWhether it be with another car or while they maneuver the vehicles to fit in the very limited spaceThe principle is they DAMAGED my $80,vehicle and HAVE NOT paid a penny toward the repairsI also have witnesses from the night my car was in the accident, specifically a manager who works the front door at a bar located right next to where these cars are valetHe said they did the damages that were located on the back of my vehicleLastly, if you knew anything about a [redacted] ***, you would know when placed in park the car lowers to the level of a sedanThe only time the vehicle raises from this height is when it reaches 20mphSo it is VERY capable of damages caused by a sedan height vehicleFurthermore, I had the damages on my car fixed almost immediately after the damage was done and estimates were made, I paid $deductible immediately to have the repairs completedI would never drive a $80,car around with $worth of damages on itIt's ignorant to say I drove around with previous damage on my car, everyone knows I didn't drive around with previous damage on my vehicle, and I have witnessss to prove that Regards, [redacted]
