We have reviewed the comments from the tenant at [redacted] AptsAnd would like to add the following:The tenant had not been in or seen their vehicle for several days and could not say with any certainty when the incident happened, where the vehicle was parked or that Star Paving did the damage.The tenant was informed that the substance on the vehicle was too fine a grain to be cement but more of a plaster substance.While we do not believe we are responsible for any damaged to the vehicle, the owner offered to have the vehicle professionally detailed at Star Paving expense.Tenant refused detailing offer and wanted a complete paint job for the vehicle.We feel that the offer for detailing in light of the details cited above is more than generous and that the request for a total vehicle paint job is excessive and opportunistic
