I signed my daughter up for in person classes with other children. She was attending Glee and Acting class, for interaction with other children as I home school.
They were ordered to close by the government, yet figured they could just switch to online classes which took a few weeks to set up and continue to bill people including myself, since the contract stated you cant quit after 30 days or you will be billed the entire year.
Pandamic is not quitting and I did not at anytime sign my child up for anything that was online. We were not given an option or choice . My costume fee was not refunded and they've applied it to a bill for services they can not adequately provide what I signed my daughter up for.
I would like my costume fee and March fees refunded to me for services they could not render when the government ordered them closed. I did not at anytime sign up for anything online. Pandamic and government closer is not quitting . I'd also like to stop recieving Bill's for services not rendered.
This situation has been fully resolved with the customer and she is happy with us and our response.
