The Super Fresh Hip Hop show was put on by a promotor that rented the building from the Star Plaza TheatreThe
lihad Salt-N-Pepa, Chubb Rock, Doug EFresh, Too Short, Kool Moe Dee, EPMD, Special Ed, Kool Moe Dee, Kwmae, Moni Love, and Dana DaneThen there was DJ Kool, a local Disc Jockey to announce the actsUnfortunately, there was a snow storm the day of the showAll of the acts tried to make the concert but some were not able to make it due to the weatherWe placed signs on all of the doors before guests entered the outer lobby to let guests know that two acts, Doug E Fresh and Kwmae were not able to make it as well as the local Disc Jockey, DJ KoolThe guests where informed by the signs and the ushers that if they didn't want to attend the show because some of the acts weren't able to make it, they could get a refund from their point of purchaseThe full refund was only available if you didn't get your ticket scanned in, which is why guests were notified before they tried to enterThe show promotor, who rented the building from the Star Plaza Theatre, added an additional performer that performed with Kook Moe Dee, The Treacherous Trio and had another Disc Jockey, DJ Chill Will announce the acts in place of DJ KoolEPMD was still trying to get to the concert and were in route from the airport but were not able to make it before the concert was overSo we didn't have notice in advance that they couldn't make it because they were still trying toThe main act which was Salt N Pepa and most of the acts were there and were able to performThe promotor that put on this concert is offering a 20% refund off the face value of the tickets because we there wasn't advance notice of EPMD not being able to performA full refund is not available to guests who had their ticket scanned in and got to see a concert that most of the acts still performedIf a guest would like to submit their information to receive their 20% refund off the face value of their tickets we would be happy to assist

The sole purpose of my purchase was EPMDStar Plaza permitted refunds for three of the performersI was unaware of EPMD not attendingStar Plaza failed to give proper notice to EPMD fans attendingThey acknowledge and gave refunds for the performer's not attending excluding EPMD from the list of No Shows.I want the same opportunity as Doug E Fresh, DJ Kool & Kawame fans received when they were properly notified of the performers not attendingThey received a full REFUND

A full refund is not available for guests who had their tickets scanned in to see the concertThe guests who did not enter at all were able to get a full refund as they did not see any part of the concertThe promoter who rented the building from the Star Plaza Theatre is offering a 20% refund off the face value of the tickets due to no advance notice of EPMD not being able to performThis offer is available until January 29, If you would like the 20% refund off the face value please reach out to me so we can process this request
