I am rejecting this response because: statement from business is not accurate.My complaint was not that the water was not hot enough, it
was barely lukewarm at best. Before Star
Plumbing did any work on the faucet, I had very distinct hot and cold water in
the showerWhen the plumber returned for the second visit, I had to argue with
him to adjust the water temperature to its original hot and cold temperaturesI
was flatly told that the temperature issue was due to the pipes and not the
cartridge he installedAfter much discussion, he removed the handle and
adjusted the temperature (perhaps 5-minutes work)I would not say I was
satisfied but realized that for $275, I was lucky to have hot and cold water in
my shower again
I never asked about a loose pipe or pipe noise in the
wall. Perhaps I am being confused with
another customerThe receipt correctly lists the work requested and the work done
(see attachment)The loose pipe around the replaced cartridge was something I
noticed after his second trip when I removed the faucet handle to inspect the
part that was replaced There was never
any discussion about cutting drywall since access to the bathroom pipes is easily
available through the closet in the master bedroom (see picture attached).

Loose pipes in the WallThank you for contacting me about this consumer complain. I did 2 jobs in the house, outside hose bib replacement arid leaking bathtub faucet. This consumer is complaining about the bathtub faucet now and below is my view about the job. The problem was leaking bathtub faucet...

and to repair the faucet don't need to do anything with pipes in the wall. To stop the leaking just replaced moen cartridge inside the faucet and put a new one.She first complained about water not hot enough, and I went back, adjusted the faucet to make it very hot which she was satisfied. She asked me about pipe lose inside the wall and told her that can't hear any pipe noise and not only that I didn't work inside the wall.To make this very clear please you can ask her if cut any drywall or opened the access panel at the back of the bathtub. I didn't remove or repair any pipe in the wall and to stop the leak was just to replace the faucet cartridge. If you need to learn more on how to replace faucet cartridge please check YouTube.
