IN FOR A SURPRISE!
We filed a claim through a home warranty insurance ( Home Serve ).I expected a hassle because we seemed to have so many electrical problems to list for repair
***, at Carole Electric answered the phone when I called to schedule service
He surprised me with his friendly demeanor Several times I had to talk with him, each time he was attentive and friendly
The Home Warranty company authorized hours which was surprising in itself but what surprised my partner & me even more was the wonderful experience we had with "***", the electrician who came to fix the problems
Even if he hadn't liked my cat, I still would have highly recommended him There were many repairs to make, some quite complex and *** was always willing to patiently 'explain' the problems/fixes while remaining friendly
Truly, we both thought the guy was a genius
We highly recommend Carole Electric and *** for their superior service and attitude
Of course, we can't forget HOME SERVE warranty COMPANY as they were the ones who made all our repairs possible They authorized repair/parts on all the many items we reported as "not working properly"
I made an appointment with Carole Electric to repair the outside stereo speakers at our store in Tucson, Campus AthleticThey told me they couldn't get to my job until the following week, on Thursday, August I explained that the outside speakers were an important advertising tool for us to attract customers walking by the store and they told me they understood that, but they could not get to my job any sooner***, from Carole Electric, called me on the date of our appointment, August 25, at noon, the time our appointment was set for, and told me they could not attend the appointmentShe then said, "Try MrElectric." Carole Electric is a very unprofessional, rude business and I would advise potential customers to not trust them and take whatever they say with a grain of saltThey are, simply, unreliable
