Hello, We just received a notification of this complaint via email today, July 03, I understand that Ms [redacted] had concerns regarding beetles in her apartment upon move in on May 31, Unfortunately, beetles have been an issue for the city this season according to World Wide Pest Control and a [redacted] news report that aired June 02, Upon receiving several complaints of beetles, we had the entire community exterior treated by World Wide Pest Control as well as every apartment home interior that reported a problemI do not feel that Ms [redacted] was treated in an unprofessional manner but when I was unable to correct the problem immediately she found my response to be “unacceptable”I explained the situation to her and offered suggestions that were given to me by one of the pest control representatives and was asked to go sweep her patioI explained to her that I did not have anyone available to accommodate her request and were in fact short staffed in the maintenance departmentI would like to mention that in addition to having her apartment home and the community treated, I also had her apartment home inspected by my maintenance personnel to seal any cracks or damaged weather stripping and door sweeps In response to her initial complaint to our office, we acted with customary diligence and provided resolutions in a timely mannerAs with all of our residents, Ms [redacted] is a valued resident and we are glad she made her home at Broadstone on Medical but we will not be terminating her lease contract early or refunding any fees, as per her request I have not had any recent complaints regarding beetles from any other residents including Ms [redacted] If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me Thank You, [redacted] | [redacted] | Broadstone on Medical Medical | San Antonio, TX 78229( ###-###-#### | (f) ###-###-####* k***@allresco.com
