Review: I moved into this building June ** from the time I moved in I have been having issues from bed bugs to roaches and rats in my apt, I'm annoyed and know that this is a HUD type of building and before any kind of money. Be released I'm to get an proper inspection as of June 2013 I was moved from ** to apt ** and it's problems all Over again. I thought HUD agents are to inspect the apt Before any money to be released I'm still having the same problems in my apt from the day I moved in I was given an inspection paper which was done by an unlicensed super? Please I express that someone HELP [redacted] tenants please in my last apt when I had the bed bug outbreak I vowed not to deal with how they treat their tenants I lost out on about 1100 if not more my bed son bed toys n numerous clothesDesired Settlement: I would hope that I get my repairs n at least some of my cash back atleast for my clothing n son clothing
