Review: I was having communication via email with "manager" of residential roofing and can provide upon request any and all correspondence if needed. I had a patio roof replaced in mid August and am having difficulty with Star Roofing correcting problems. There are @ 14 punctures, to varying degrees into my existing under patio sheetrock from nail heads breaking through. In addition the completed patio roof has all this black "stuff" which since initial install has gotten worse. You can see where feet walked through it and spread it in areas. Also "black stuff" leaking out and around seams. Actually friends/family etc are telling me the new roof looks older than the old roof. Corrsespondence with this company has been slow and poor except for 1 time period I was ill. I last heard from [redacted] on Fri. Sept 13th telling me he would be out to my home discuss problems on Fri Sept 20th @ 2pm and would touch base with me mid week I assumed if his schedue changed. I waited home all day and he was a no show, no call. I sent email on Mon 9-23 explaining I waited for him and he did not repond to that email. I since have made one additional attempt of contact via email to repond or I would need to pursue this matter further with ie: Revdex.com< ROC and Az Roofing [redacted] and there has been no reponse to the correspondence. The initial insall of this roof was mid Aug. I initially thanked the company and extended my desire to use them in the future due to workman who came out and did the actual roof replacement and another area over garage where I had a leak until I found these problems and their poor customer service. To date I have not even received a copy of warranty for for both areas.Desired Settlement: Reoair damage to sheetrock under patio that was damaged during installation of new/replaced patio roof. Correct inferior patio roof replacement.

Contact was made yesterday PM with client to meet and resolve any issues. Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 10/29 which is the first day she could meet with us. We will inform you of results.
