I met with their sales manager at the Milwaukee Boat Show, I detailed everything I wanted to replace my Dish system. He offered me the package. he then charged 312.00 in additional charges. It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment and when I did, I took off work and they still wanted to change the date. They showed up 4 hours late, un prepared and without all the proper equipment. and the equipment they did have they didn't know how to install. The long and the short of this is be careful what they promise you, they don't know what they are talking about.

Review: Star Satellite was to provide working Dish TV service to my residence. Their initial service call was on 11/25/2013. As of 1/24/2014, I still do not have fully-functioning service. 5 different Star Satellite technicians have made 5 different service calls to my residence. They installed two Dish TV tuners. One continues to have long stretches of time (6-10 hours) where it cannot acquire a satellite signal. The other Dish TV tuner does consistently receive a signal, but it frequently experiences signal degradation, switching form HD to standard definition.

I have contacted Star Satellite on at least 12 occasions, and they eventually make a service appointment. However, they do not proactively seek a solution and rely on me to call and remind them that the problems have not been fixed, and they need to try again.Desired Settlement: Delivery of functioning Dish TV Service no later than 2/7/2014, or a full refund retroactive to 11/25/2013 and cancellation of any Dish TV service contract.

This customer has been contacting one of our subcontractors that installed his service, [redacted]. We were unaware that there was a problem until this complaint. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and he has been working with Mr. [redacted] to rectify this situation. He has an appointment with Mr. [redacted] tonight to fix the problem. From the time we got this complaint we left several messages with Mr. Anderson trying to make an appointment right away but were not able to make the appointment until tonight due to his schedule.
