Hello, with regards to the complaint we received on October [redacted] regarding this customer, we do apologize for the delay in respondingI will address each claim made by the customer to the best of my ability in this textI have been away from the office for a while, and upon returning, I was briefed about the incident that took placeMy boss, Fatu, was at the registration area when minutes into the training, the said customer came forward demanding a refund because he could not understand the accent of the teacherHe was told as per company's policy that we do not give refunds once the training begins, upon which he got into an altercation with Fatu, and told them to go back to AfricaHe later called to still demand a refund, upon which he spoke to the owner, again Fatu, who repeated that we do not issue refunds once the training beginsFive minutes into the program is absolutely reversible, but once a student is registered electronically, we cannot issue a refund.My solution to this was to request a new instructor, one that the students can understand and relate with, and we now have MrJames W [redacted] as the instructor for the hour Pre Assignment training, the course for which he paidIf the student is willing, he can return to the class and will have no interactions with the ownerIt was the best I could do, since I am only an administrative assistant

[redacted] statement is completely falseIf [redacted] did spent minutes only in the classroom we would refund him his moneybut he come to the registration office minutes later and request a refundWhen I called him I explained him nicely that it is stated clearly in all receipts that refund is not granted after class startHe imediately start insulting me by telling me to go back to my countryhe was very rude and aggressive on the phone

I will address each claim made by the customer to the best of my ability in this text. I have been away from the office for a while, and upon returning, I was briefed about the incident that took place. My boss, Fatu, was at the registration area when 45 minutes into the training, the said customer came forward demanding a refund because he could not understand the accent of the teacher. He was told as per company's policy that we do not give refunds once the training begins, upon which he got into an altercation with Fatu, and told them to go back to Africa. He later called to still demand a refund, upon which he spoke to the owner, again Fatu, who repeated that we do not issue refunds once the training begins. Five minutes into the program is absolutely reversible, but once a student is registered electronically, we cannot issue a refund.My solution to this was to request a new instructor, one that the students can understand and relate with, and we now have Mr. James W[redacted] as the instructor for the 8 hour Pre Assignment training, the course for which he paid. If the student is willing, he can return to the class and will have no interactions with the owner. It was the best I could do, since I am only an administrative assistant.

I did not tell her to go back to her country. As a consumer I am only asking for a return of my 50 dollars for the class and they are unwilling to do this.
