Ordered a T-shirt on Dec 16th which promised a delivery by Christmas. I received a tracking number after emailing requesting one when I noticed it didn't send one. I went into the tracking number numerous times to see where the package is located and estimated delivery as this was a gift for Christmas. After numerous attempts I emailed Starshirt 2 times without any response. I then contacted the USPS and they got back to me within 2 hours letting me know that the tracking number that I was given is not in their system and looks as if there is a third party which they don't know. So I emailed again to Starshirt giving this information and again no response. I did let them know that if they don't get back to me ASAP (it's been 24 hours) that I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com. My bank cant find info on the debit that was done either. There is a lack of response time, accuracy, there's only an email for communication.

Delivery I would like the item to be delivered and a refund of at least half the cost ($12) for the inconvenience and the fact that the item was not delivered in the time frame they said.
