I am still waiting for Vector to follow through with their promises. We are working together on this, but there has not been a satisfactory result as of yet. Hoping to have this resolved soon.

This issue has been resolved. The customer did not realize he signed a 3 year contract. After speaking to management, it was agreed to let customer out of contract, and remove the past due balance for monitoring.The customer agreed that o issue was resolved.Please let me know if you have any further...
