In receiving this complaint from...

said customer, I will agree to reimburse the customer for the Jersey and my cost for designing the jersey. Many hours were spent in designing, pressing, and fixing this jersey. It was a complicated material and the color the customer chose was not conducive to the black material. We tried several times to accommodate this customer, it was not possible to do. The customer at the time did not ask for a refund of the jersey.

Review: I had this company do a custom heat press onto a very expensive paintball jersey. Upon completion, the name portion of the job was done very bad. When I returned to have them try to fix it, she said we will try our best. 2 days later she calls me and explains she tried her best. I immediately drove over to to find the condition of the jersey was even worse. She explained there was nothing more they could do and this was the best it was going to be. the jersey was ruined. Her and I argued and she said she was not responsible for knowing what kind of material the jersey was and she did not have time to research the material. She said its not her responsibility and she just presses and thats all. I asked her where her disclaimer was and she said they dont have one. She walked away and some other employee came out and tried to explain what happened. He said he will try one more thing. I left and 2 days later he calls and says the black of the jersey bled thru again. I drove over for a 3rd time and yes, the name portion looked like garbage. I quietly took my now no good to me jersey and left.They told me earlier they would not replace or reimburse the jersey they ruined.Thats why I am writing to the Revdex.com now.Can you help me? I would like to re coupe my $120.00 for the now ruined jerseyThank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I ended up getting another brand jersey that was actually the same price in time for me event.I would like to re coupe my $120.00 for the now ruined jersey
